GENERAL TERMS

These general conditions of sale apply to all purchases of products on the Akinai.ch website owned by Sumartu Sagl. (hereinafter the site).

The offers of products and services published online are valid as long as they are visible on the site and while stocks last.

PRICES

The prices indicated on the site are exclusively expressed in Swiss francs. They are inclusive of VAT and, where applicable, an advance recycling fee (ARF) and do not include packaging and shipping costs which will be billed separately. All orders are payable exclusively in Swiss francs.

We reserve the right to change prices at any time. The prices invoiced to the customer for the products ordered remain those that were in force on the day the order was placed and appearing on the order confirmation.

CONCLUSION OF THE CONTRACT

The products and prices published in the online shop are valid as an offer. However, this offer is always subject to the (dissolution) conditions related to the impossibility of making a delivery or to an incorrect price indication due to our error.

The contract is to be considered stipulated as soon as the customer sends his order. The receipt of the order is communicated to the customer via an automatically generated order confirmation sent to the e-mail address indicated by him. Receipt of the automatically generated order confirmation does not imply any confirmation that the product is also really available or that it can be delivered. The order confirmation simply informs the customer that the order has been received and that therefore the contract is in place, while remaining subject to the condition of the possibility of delivery.

ORDERING

An order only becomes effective after it has been accepted by us. The sending of the order by the customer implies the full and unreserved acceptance of these general conditions of sale to the exclusion of other terms and conditions. In some cases Desidero.ch reserves the right to refuse orders from a customer.

MINIMUM EXPENDITURE

To optimize our costs, we have set a minimum purchase of CHF 16.00

PAYMENT AND SHIPPING

All shipments are made with Swiss Post at a flat rate of CHF 7.50

The pens / pencils / markers that can be sent in an B5 envelope, maximum thickness 5 cm, maximum weight 500g, will be sent via Swiss Post Priority Mail at a flat rate of CHF 3.--

For orders over CHF 70 .- the shipping costs are at our expense

REPLACEMENT, RETURN, WARRANTY BENEFITS AND CLAIMS

Any complaints related to defective goods and / or incomplete services must be exclusively submitted by the customer by e-mail to: info@akinai.ch

It is the customer's responsibility to check the goods upon receipt. In principle, all items returned incomplete, damaged or soiled will not be taken back. The shipping costs, in case of a return of the goods , are paid by the customer.

The legal conditions apply in accordance with art. 201 CO.

CONDITIONS FOR RETURN

  • Items that are not intact, dirty and that have suffered damage attributable to the client in general are not accepted for a refund.
  • Returns are possible within 14 days of receipt of the items
  • Only items packaged in their original packaging and not used and which are clean, intact and without damage, with a label and/or proof of purchase are taken back
  • In the case of returning the goods, the shipping costs as well as the shipping risk are borne by the customer

GUARANTEE

Unless otherwise mentioned, the warranty is 24 months
