REPLACEMENT, RETURN, WARRANTY BENEFITS AND CLAIMS
Any complaints related to defective goods and / or incomplete services must be exclusively submitted by the customer by e-mail to: info@akinai.ch
It is the customer's responsibility to check the goods upon receipt. In principle, all items returned incomplete, damaged or soiled will not be taken back. The shipping costs, in case of a return of the goods , are paid by the customer.
The legal conditions apply in accordance with art. 201 CO.
Conditions for return
- Items that are not intact, dirty and that have suffered damage attributable to the client in general are not accepted for a refund.
- Returns are possible within 14 days of receipt of the item
- Only items packaged in their original packaging and not used and which are clean, intact and without damage, with a label and/or proof of purchase are taken back.
- In the case of returning the goods, the shipping costs as well as the shipping risk are borne by the customer.
Guarantee
Unless otherwise mentioned, the warranty is 24 months
